like to visit my workshop in the heart of the Cotswolds near Cheltenham
The Streetway Cottage
My workshop was built in 1866 and is set in the beautiful rolling hills of the Cotswold countryside - a truly inspiring place to live and work! You are very welcome to visit my workshop, but please give me a ring to let me know you're coming as I'm not in my workshop all day every day.
From Cirencester (c.10miles)
Follow the A429 (the old Fosseway) north out of Cirencester, towards Stow. After about 7.5 miles as you drop down in to a steep dip, turn left signposted to Yanworth and Roman Villa. Follow this windy road for about 2 miles until you reach a T junction at the top of the hill. Turn right and enter the village. You will see the village hall on your left, and just after this is a large barn with huge green doors on the roadside, which is my workshop. Turn left just after this with parking on the gravel area next to the entrance.
From Cheltenham, Oxford & Stow-on-the Wold
At the roundabout junction of the A40 and A429 (the old Fosseway) follow signs to Northleach. At the traffic lights continue straight on for about one mile, then turn right signposted Yanworth and Roman Villa. After about 200m, go straight over at the crossroads. Follow the road in to the village (about 1.5 miles), round the sharp left hand bend at the top of the hill. After about 100m you will see a large barn with huge green doors on the roadside, which is my workshop. Turn right just before the barn, and parking is on the gravel area next to the entrance.
